The dining area boasts a generous table that comfortably seats up to six guests, perfect for entertaining or enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

Retreat to the bedroom, where you'll find a king-size bed (180x200) dressed in luxurious hotel-quality linens and a television for your entertainment.

A smoke detector is installed for your peace of mind, and professional cleaning is performed between visits.

There is a garbage chute outside on the floor, and garbage can be thrown out through it every day. The garbage can at the exit is only used for bulky waste

This apartment is available exclusively for mobility leases (30 days).

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
