Welcome to my 24 m² apartment on the 2nd floor in Paris's 13th arrondissement. It has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The space can comfortably accommodate two people.
Ideally located a 4-minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Light.
This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television for your enjoyment.
The dining space includes a table that can accommodate up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The bedroom offers a double bed (160x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens, and provides additional storage space.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
