What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
We offer two rooms in a spacious family home in Paris. One is 15m2, the other is a smaller spare room for short stays of 10M2 in a very spacious and bright duplex, furnished with a double bed (with comforter and pillows), a desk and chair and storage space. We're just a 5-minute walk from pretty Parc Montsouris and the bars of the Butte aux Cailles district. All shops are less than a minute's walk away: bakeries, chemists, various supermarkets, cinemas, bars, brasseries, restaurants, etc. Close to all public transport, 250 meters from Alésia metro station, Line 4, RER B. We look forward to your visit!

Landlord policies
I have a 10m² bedroom available for you in Paris 14th quater (Metro Alesia) 860 e per month, charges included. To give you more details about the house: I live in this 130m² home with my wonderful 20-year-old twins and two other very discreet and kind students. The house has two floors (I can send you a video by email if you wish). I have my own space on another level.
The common areas include another bathroom and the kitchen. Access to the kitchen is at specific times, as I need the space around 8:15 PM (to be arranged according to your schedule, of course!) to prepare dinner for my sons and spend time with them. However, everything generally works out very well here, and everyone has their own routines! We all have a designated space in the refrigerator.
