A 22m2 studio apartment close to the metro station is available to rent in the south of Paris in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre. The studio is stylishly decorated and designed to make the most of the space. It is well equipped and even has a dryer so you do not have to share your home with damp clothes.
The property is close to Porte d'Italie which takes you quickly into the centre of Paris while Le Kremlin-Bicêtre itself is a welcome escape from the commotion of the city centre. Nearby is the 13th arrondissement, which has many parks for relaxing or China Town for exploring.
What we liked the most
- The stylish furnishings, such as the bright prink sofa and table, add interest to the apartment.
- The bed is also a sofa so can be put away during the day for extra space.
- The large mirror and long windows help to make the room feel bigger.
- The espresso machine will help with those early morning starts.
- The area provides an escape from the city centre but also easy access to it when you wish.
Things to keep in mind
- The building is currently being renovated but once the work has finished, the area will be quiet and peaceful.
