This modern studio apartment is located in an old building that has been tastefully renovated. The 22 m² property is furnished with a double sofa-bed, a wardrobe, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
The apartment is located on Avenue de Fontainebleau, a busy commercial and residential street on the outskirts of Paris. In this cheerful and well-connected neighbourhood you will find all amenities, including shops, supermarkets and public transport.
What we liked the most
- The studio is equipped with modern and stylish furniture.
- The bathroom is tiled and brand new.
- The kitchen is well equipped, including an electric stove, an extraction fan and a coffee machine.
- There is also a washing machine to take care of your laundry.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
- There is only a half-refrigerator.
- At the time of our visit, the television was not installed, but the landlord informed us it would be wall-mounted.
