An elegant, 24m2 studio apartment is available to rent in the neighbourhood of Vaugirard, the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The apartment is stylish, decorated with a neutral colour scheme and classical, Parisian features. The property has a main room which serves as a living room, bedroom and kitchenette, and it has a balcony which is pleasant in summer.
Vaugirard, or the 15th arrondissement, is residential and located to the south-west of central Paris. There is plenty to see and do near the apartment — local bars and restaurants suit all tastes and budgets. Pasteur, the closest metro station, is 3 minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has elegant stone walls and has trendy, adjustable lighting.
- The bed has storage underneath.
- The kitchenette has a breakfast bar, very practical for enjoying meals.
- The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer so that you can do the laundry at home.
- The kitchen has brand new appliances — a wine fridge and a dishwasher.
- Gare Vaugirard train station is nearby.
- The main room has a cosy balcony which is great for people-watching.
- The top of the Eiffel Tower can be seen from the balcony.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has an electric stove and a microwave.
- The property is situated on the 5th floor of a building without an elevator, but at least you won't have to pay for a gym membership.
