This colourful and modern studio apartment is equipped with a double sofa-bed, kitchen and central heating. With a floor area of 17 m², the property is comes well equipped to accommodate a single person or a couple. Everything in the apartment is new, including modern appliances and all the furniture.

Located in an elegant, historical building, the apartment is within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Trocadéro, where you can enjoy some beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. You will also find a couple of metro stations nearby to access other parts of the city, making this studio a great base to explore everything Paris has to offer.

What we liked the most

  • The neighbourhood of Passy is ideal for a true Parisian experience.
  • The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard.
  • The vibrant colour scheme, wooden floors and modern accessories create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • There are 2 windows that let in lots of natural light.
  • Despite the very central location, the apartment is extremely quiet as it faces a garden.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator.
  • The landlord informed us he will equip the apartment with a washer-dryer.
