A stylish 27m2 studio apartment is to rent in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre. The property has been decorated in a clean and contemporary style, and has sturdy hardwood floors. Although technically a studio, the apartment is very ample and feels more like a 1-bedroom apartment. There is a living area / bedroom with sofa bed, a very modern bathroom, and a large kitchen with new appliances.
You will be living in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, right on the border with the city of Paris. Porte d'Italie metro station is just a few minute's walk away. From here you can reach Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre station in the heart of Paris in just 17 minutes. There are plenty of shops and other amenities within an easy walk of the property.
What we liked the most
- We love the stunning decor which looks brand new.
- The hardwood floors are a very nice touch.
- Although technically a studio this property is very spacious and feels like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- Le Kremlin-Bicêtre is an extremely well connected area with plenty of amenities.
