The tiny 13 m² apartment is ideal for a single person, but could also accommodate a couple. More importantly, you are wondering what makes this studio such good value for money. Here's why: it's on the 7th floor and doesn't have an elevator. So if you want to be super fit with legs of steel, this one's for you.
