There is a compact bathroom in the studio, but the toilet is located on the corridor (although it is private).
This apartment is located on Avenue Stéphane Mallarmé in Paris's 17th arrondissement. The local area is residential, but you will find all you need for a comfortable stay. Porte de Champerret metro station is 3 minutes away, and Pereire Levallois RER station is a 6-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- This studio is bright and clean.
- The apartment has a TV.
- The window is south-facing.
- Pets are permitted on the premises.
- The small balcony boasts spectacular Parisian views - you can see the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower and the Arc de Triomphe in the distance!
- A doorman works in the building, therefore it is safe and secure.
- The property is well connected by public transport.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 8th floor without an elevator. This means you'll never have to pay for a gym membership, and you're unlikely to be burgled!
- The toilet for this apartment is located outside the door, in the hallway. It is private though, and locks with a key.
- Couples are accepted, but remember that this is a small apartment.
