This studio apartment for rent on Passage Gustave Lepeu is in a perfect location for history buffs, music fans and art enthusiasts. The front door opens to an economical space with a small kitchen equipped with an electric stovetop, microwave and small fridge. This is a split-level studio, with the living area extending from the kitchen. A low-ceiling sleeping area, tucked away up a ladder in the mezzanine, is furnished with a bed and bedside table. One large window allows natural light to spill into the main space, which is furnished with a stand-alone wardrobe, and there is a closed bathroom with all the amenities you need.
The 11th arrondissement is a thrilling area of Paris, and your studio apartment is located within a 15-minute walk from nearly every place you’ll want to visit in the district. The Père Lachaise Cemetery is close by and if you want to step back in time, this is a fascinating place to do it. If you’re seeking a bit more joie-de-vivre, though, there are plenty of quirky little shops and private museums to explore, and the energetic Rue Oberkampf is pulsing with offbeat bars, cafés and popular indie music venues just up the street!
What we liked the most
- The studio has a large window, so you get good natural light and a view of the street.
- The location is pretty awesome, close to some of the hottest live music night spots and quirky dive bars in Paris.
- It's also conveniently close to supermarkets, bistros and cafés.
- There are a few small gardens and parks nearby, if you ever feel like strolling into a quieter environment.
