This studio apartment in 5th arrondissement has been recently renovated. With a floor area of 11 m² this property is compact but well equipped for a comfortable stay with a double bed, television and a kitchen with all the basics.

The apartment is located on a charming street in a beautiful neighborhood. This area is surrounded by historical buildings and tourist attractions and you will also find several university buildings, libraries, shops and cafes nearby.

What we liked the most

  • There is a table with 2 chairs to be used as a desk or to enjoy your meals.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a half-refrigerator and a coffee machine.
  • The bathroom has been nicely renovated.
  • There is a wardrobe with mirrored doors and some shelves to store your personal items.
  • The apartment is in a very elegant neighbourhood.
  • The Panthéon is only 1 minute away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The courtyard's facade is being renovated and the apartment's window will be blocked by scaffolding while works are underway.
  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
  • There is no conventional oven in the kitchen, but you will find a microwave with a grill option.
