This 10 m² studio apartment, located on Rue de Renaudes is available to rent. The cozy yet modern apartment offers everything you need for a exciting life in urban Paris, and even though it is quite petite it offers a lot of storage space.

The 17th arrondissement is known for its diversity and is the perfect mix of free spirit and class. The home of many cultural workers and away from the more touristy streets, you will be right in the center of the Parisian way of life. The neighborhood outside your door is made up of beautiful buildings and the nearby streets are home to plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants. The closeness to the Metro also means you can easily connect with the rest of the city.
