A 27 m ² studio apartment is available to rent in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, a commune just outside of central Paris. This apartment is very attractive, as it is furnished with wooden floors, has a spacious main room, and has plenty of natural sunlight throughout. The main room consists of a bedroom/living area with a single bed and a desk, and a partially equipped kitchen.
This apartment is situated on Avenue de Fontainebleau in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, a commune located just on the outskirts of the Périphérique. Despite not being in the centre, you have everything you need nearby in terms of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. To reach the centre, you can get the metro from Porte d'Italie which is about 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is spacious and bright.
- The kitchen and main room are slightly separated.
- There are classic wooden floorboards in the apartment.
- Porte d'Italie metro station is only about 5 minutes away.
- There is plenty to do in the local area.
Things to keep in mind
- Anna, our Homechecker, says that the street that the apartment is on is quite noisy. Despite this, she really loved the apartment.
- The drying rack and kitchen utensils still need to be bought by the landlord. These should be there by the time you move in.
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
