Spotahome's opinion
This studio apartment is cosy and inviting, with everything you need to get settled into your new Paris home. The building is well-secured. The elevated loft-style bed offers more living space for you to move around in the apartment. You will fall in love with the view from the kitchen window, which lets in plenty of natural sunlight.
The building is just a 2-minute walk from the Metro Station Porte de Champerret. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for you to choose from, such as the Brasserie Royal Villiers, which just down the street. You can get outside and enjoy some green space at the park that is just across the street from this building, and visible from the kitchen window of your studio.
What we liked the most
- The view of Paris from the kitchen window is breathtaking. You are directly in front of a gorgeous historic church, Église Sainte-Odile, as well as a lovely green park.
- There are several Metro stations within walking distance, offering you convenient connection to the rest of Paris so you can get out and explore the city!
- The elevated loft-style bed not only provides more space, but it's also a cosy place to snuggle in and fall asleep.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio is on the 8th floor of a building with no elevators.
- The studio has its own bathroom, and there are 3 shared toilets on the 8th floor, which are cleaned by a cleaning service once per week.
