Welcome to my 27m² studio, located on the 2nd floor in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably accommodates two people with its double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Plus, the Place Monge metro station is just a 7-minute walk away.

Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, this charming 27m² studio is tastefully decorated and close to Paris's main attractions, such as the Panthéon.

The studio features an open-plan layout (living area, dining area, and kitchen). The living space includes a comfortable double bed (140 x 200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy meals with your loved ones.

The bathroom includes all the essentials for your comfort, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
