Discover the charm of this elegant and thoughtfully designed 27 m² studio, located on the 4th floor of a building with two elevators for your comfort. Bright and refined, it offers a cozy yet sophisticated retreat, ensuring a memorable stay.

The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with high-quality hotel linen, as well as a television for your relaxation.

The dining area includes a table and provides access to a balcony, offering an unobstructed view of the street.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare your meals: microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

The bathroom is fitted with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned by professionals between each stay.

This apartment is available only for a mobility lease (minimum 30 days).

The building is secured with a day-and-night concierge service (except on Sundays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.).

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
