This studio apartment to rent on Rue Barrault is on the 5th floor. You don’t need to worry about walking up stairs, because there is an elevator in the building. The small entrance hall has an enclosed shoe rack and a door leading to a wonderful bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack. There is a built-in wardrobe just before you enter the open-concept space. To the left is a one-wall kitchenette. It’s equipped and includes an electric stove top, microwave oven, small fridge, and a washer/dryer. A large window overlooking the inner courtyard allows plenty of light, and the space is furnished with a double bed, sofa, bar table with 2 stools, as well as other furnishings.
Courbevoie is home to the famous Grande Arche de la Défense, and you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. You aren’t too far from the Seine, either, and the metro is nearby. There are plenty of shops in this part of town, and the Cnit La Defense shopping mall is just 9 minutes away. With a 12-minute walk, you can reach the cinema for an evening of entertainment, and then stop at the Japanese restaurant just around the corner from you. There are a few other restaurants in the area, and plenty more French cafés, as well as a Starbucks. Just a couple of minutes up the street is a small grocery store, and you can reach a Monoprix in 3 minutes.
