Our building , just a few meters from Piazza Garibaldi and a short walk from the University of Law's main campus, has comfortable one-bedroom flats of approximately 45m2 with separate living and sleeping areas for single or double use with private kitchen and bathroom
Each furnished in a simple but functional way, with private kitchen, living area with LED TV, large independent bathroom and central heating. For the peace of mind of all our guests, in addition to having the service of a private in-house industrial laundry at a blocked price (3,50€ washing cycle with detergent included, 3.50€ drying cycle) , you will have the security of all consumption included in the fee, as always in our usual formula of accommodation.
All routine maintenance is also included, the idea being that it is an all-inclusive where the guest already knows what he is spending and only thinks about making his way serenely through the city centre experience and the university or research course that awaits him.
The monthly fee is inclusive of: all utilities, maintenance and 24-hour availability.

- Full refund of initial payment when cancelling 60 days or more before check-in
