O apartamento localiza-se próximo do Arrábida Shopping e de vários transportes com acesso à Boavista e ao centro do Porto Trindade e às praias de Vila Nova de Gaia. Nas redondezas existem vários restaurantes locais e comércio. O quarteirão é muito sossegado, sendo o local perfeito para descansar após um dia de trabalho ou para homeworking. A cozinha está equipado com forno, microondas, placa eléctrica, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de café, torradeira, jarro elétrico e toda a louça necessária. No quarteirão vizinho existe uma lavandaria self service, já que o apartamento não possui máquina de lavar roupa.
