This beautiful and refurbished apartment for students is located in Custóias, Matosinhos. Very close by, there are services such as cafes, pastry shops and a gym and two hundred meters away there is a supermarket as well as public transport at the doorstep. It is located in a quiet area with very good access to the motorway (one km), the center of Porto (six km), the center of Matosinhos (five km), shopping centers (three km), the airport (seven km), to the Metro (one km away) and the hospital (three km away) and is four km away from the university center. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey property with excellent solar orientation and has air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is composed of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with good areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room, one bathroom, several storage spaces and a large outdoor area.
