The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey property with excellent solar orientation and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living and dining room.
It is composed of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with good areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room with a desk for work/study, a bathroom, several storage spaces and a large outdoor area. The two double bedrooms can also be converted in single bedrooms.
Electricity and water costs are included up to an amount of fifty euros per room.
