BEDROOM: A cozy sleeping area with a sliding door for privacy, featuring a double bed with a high-quality mattress, comfortable linens, and soft lighting. Thoughtfully designed with built-in wooden cabinetry for optimal storage and aesthetic.
BATHROOM: A sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, toilet, and vanity. Essentials such as a hairdryer, soap dispensers, and hand towels are provided for your convenience.
LIVING AREA: Bright and welcoming, this area features a stylish couch with elegant cushions, a large mirrored TV cabinet that amplifies natural light, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
DINING AREA: A dining area for two located next to the kitchen, ideal for intimate meals at home or enjoying breakfast with natural light streaming through the windows.
KITCHENETTE: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils to prepare meals with ease.

WELCOME KIT: To make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we offer a welcome kit that includes essentials for your first week of stay, such as dishwasher and laundry caps, toilet paper, and cooking basics such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.**
Things to keep in mind

- Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
- Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
- Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
- Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies, or handrails.
- All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
- Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed (sorry!).
*The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.
