This private room you will find in shared apartment. The flat lays on the sixth floor in the building with elevator. The room is fully furnished with an extendable double bed and bedding, bed linens, desk with chair, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers. A new kitchen, all appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, microwave, kettle, washing machine/dryer), two shower rooms with sink and toilet.
Price includes EVERYTHING (internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is required. If your stay is less than three months, then a deposit is half of the monthly rent.
