This bright 3-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent on Rue du Souverain, Ixelles. This is a modern and spacious apartment with clean communal areas. The living area has a couch and TV with a dining table that seats 3 behind. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave and kettle. The shared bathroom is modern with a double sink, shower/bath combo and toilet, as well as good storage space below the sinks and behind the mirrors.
The surrounding neighbourhood has good transport links including trams and buses. There is a gym, supermarket and police station all within a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a selection of surrounding restaurants.

Nesta modalidade a renda é calculada por quinzenas. Caso a entrada na propriedade ocorra na segunda quinzena do mês apenas irá pagar metade do valor da renda. Caso no último mês do arrendamento a saída seja na última quinzena irá pagar o valor total da renda mensal. Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
