This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on the individual rack inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed on the property, however it is not activated. Tenants have the option to activate the Wi-Fi through the landlord or through a company of their choice.

- Prior to check-in:
- Deposit: to be paid before the contract start date, even if the check in date is later
- Fees:
- Admin fee: €15 per month ( to be paid in full for the entire term of the tenancy, before the contract start date, even if the check-in date is later )
- Water fee and internet (where applicable): first month's fees to be paid before the contract start date, even if the check-in date is later; thereafter, to be paid monthly, in advance
- Example: if your contract term is 6 months, and you move in on the 10th January, you will pay a €90 admin fee (6 x €15) and the water and internet fee for January, before you move in. Then, before the beginning of February, you will pay the water and internet fee for February.
- Breach of tenancy agreement: €600 penalty
- Utility bills: €25 per month for water
- Check-in and check-out:
- Check-in: after 1600 on the contract start date

Mudança
Combine uma data para a entrada na propriedade, recolha das chaves e qualquer outro assunto relacionado directamente com o proprietário. Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
