- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 2% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

- The deposit will be payable at check-in with credit card and will be refunded within 24 working hours upon check-out
- If you do not have a valid credit card you can pay in cash, however there is a fee for early check-outs: €15 from 08:00 to 12:00 / €20 from 07:00 to 08:00 / €60 before 06:00
- Bills:
- Utility bills are included in rent, however there is daily limit on consumption.
- The landlord will check the consumption at the end of the stay and in case of excess it will be charged as follows: €0.50/kWh (electricity), €1/mc (gas).
- Check-in cleaning, assistance and Wi-Fi included in rent
- Check-in info:
- Check-in Monday - Sunday: 15:00 - 21:00
- Late check-in 21:00 - 00:00: €30
- Late check-in 00:00 - 08:00: €60
- Final cleaning fee:
- The final cleaning fee will only be included if you use the apartment in a proper manner.
- There is a fee of €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment in good conditions (floor, furniture, etc..) / leave kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and dishes and tableware to wash) / dispose of trash.
