If you want to escape the city buzz and live in a quiet, well connected area in Milan, we might just have the rooms you've been looking for. This exterior apartment is located on via Fratelli Rosselli in the safe neighborhood of Lodi. The apartment is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom. The building is equipped with an elevator, although you don't have to worry - the apartment is located on the second floor. All rooms are very large and have plenty of natural light. This area is extremely quiet , but you will be able to find plenty pizza places and cafes where you can relax after a long day. The area of this apartment is 90m2.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.

Para assegurar uma maior segurança no processo, apenas iremos transferir o primeiro mês de renda ao proprietário após as primeiras 48 horas depois da mudança, a menos que nos contacte com algum problema.
