Apartamento com 1 quarto para arrendar em Parioli, despesas incluídas, apenas para homens e estudantes

This apartment is located in an upscale neighborhood of Rome, the embassy district, which is clean, quiet and full of parks. It is right at a bus stop and at eight minutes walk from the LUISS campus of Viale Romania (the Economics campus). The other LUISS campuses—Law on Via Parenzo and Via Pola -are thirty minutes away by public transport. It measures forty-five sqm indoors and fifty sqm outdoors, it has an indipendent entrance directly in the private terrace and it is surrounded by greenery as you can see in the video. Please note: It is necessary to authorize the doorman/janitor to clean the terrace two mornings a week to prevent leaves from causing flooding during heavy rain. This is routine maintenance lasting just a few minutes outdoors, without invading your privacy as there is an independent entrance directly onto the terrace without entering the apartment. For this reason, a male tennant is preferred. A minimum stay of three months is required.
