In proximity to Trastevere Station and a stone's throw from the Lungotevere and conveniently located between two of the most beautiful and characteristic neighborhoods of Rome, Trastevere and Testaccio are this bright, spacious and quiet 95 m2 apartment, located on the 5th floor without an elevator(70 steps). In the vicinity, there is a wide open square where the traditional Porta Portese market takes place on Sunday mornings. The apartment is a few minutes from Trastevere Station and Viale Trastevere from where you can reach the historic center of Rome by streetcar No. 8 in 20 minutes. Testaccio can be reached by crossing Lungotevere in only 15 minutes. These two neighborhoods have a very dynamic nightlife with a huge choice of restaurants and clubs. Final work in progress for the installation of the elevator Entering the house you are greeted by a large hallway , immediately to the right is the first bedroom, kitchen and first bathroom all overlooking the inner courtyard ,to the right is the second bedroom and living room overlooking Via Ettore Rolli. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small balcony also overlooking the inner courtyard.
