Si trova a pochi minuti da San Pietro e dal centro storico. Sotto casa ci sono diversi autobus tra cui uno che fa capolinea ed è attivo fino a notte collegandoci direttamente con il centro storico. Sotto casa si trova sempre parcheggio gratuito, siamo circondati di verde e ci sono diversi servizi tra cui supermarket, bar, pasticceria, gelateria, farmacia, coiffeur, tabaccheria, campi di paddle e piscina e con poche fermate di autobus si arriva alla metropolitana.
