The 70m2 apartment has been recently renovated and features heaps of style, fashionable furniture, polished wooden floors, and modern appliances. The spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen opens to a charming balcony with exterior views. All bills, including a weekly cleaning service, are included in the rental price.
The apartment is located on Via Catone, in Prati. This is one of the most picturesque neighbourhoods in Rome, just a 5 minutes' walk to the Vatican. This tranquil area has many beautiful plazas and is considered to be one of the of the most wealthiest neighbourhoods in Rome.
