Modern and bright apartment located in via delle Cave Ardeatine, a few steps from the Ostiense train station and the Piramide metro stop. The property is located on the eighth floor in a building with a lift. The property is very well connected to the Leonardo da Vinci airport in Fiumicino thanks to the Leonardo express train which stops at the Ostiense station, located a few steps from the apartment. The property has a small balcony with table and chairs from which you can clearly see the famous Cestia pyramid, as well as the dome of St. Peter's. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, washer and dryer, wifi, smart TV, oven and much more. Modern furnishings with design elements characterize this property, the strategic position makes it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends who want to spend a short or medium-term stay in the capital.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
