Magnificent central loft in exceptional location, from the front door you can see the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni from which it is equidistant. Excellently connected to less than 10 minutes walk to all the subways of Rome A Manzoni B Colosseum C San Giovanni. All brand new and just renovated with extreme care and in a truly exceptional location for sightseeing.
Things to keep in mind
IMPORTANT: Mandatory weekly cleaning fee with bed linen change: 30€ each time
IMPORTANT: At the check in you have to pay to the landlord the full remaining rents of the months booked by cash and the cost of cleaning and change of linen for the period of stay also in cash.
