Il loft è una bomboniera per i giovani studenti che vogliono venire a studiare in Italia che hanno la vicinanza all'Università ma anche al Centro di Roma, raggiungibile a piedi. Siamo contornati da Ambasciate (Americana, Inglese, Giapponese, Francese presso la Santa sede, Tedesca) motivo per cui la zona è sicurissima!
Stiamo a 1400 metri da Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi, a 800 metri da Via Veneto e dalla Stazione Termini.
La bellezza della zona, comprende anche Villa Borgese dove potrete andare a studiare, a camminare, a prendere il sole o a visitare la splendida Galleria Borghese.

This 120 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent offers an elegant home with a lot of personality near the historical center of Rome. The apartment has 2 long corridors which separate the bedroom area from the shared areas, this is great, especially if you have kids. There is a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, lots of storage, and 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the Termini district, which is close to the historical center, and near the Termini train station. You are also close to 2 metro stops, which is not common in this city. You have amazing monuments and plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. This is location is very convenient: close to La Sapienza University and LUISS and within walking distance to the German, French, American and English embassies.
What we liked the most
- The apartment's long corridors have hooks for hanging your coats and extra storage space.
- Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and balcony.
- Bedroom 2 has an additional pull-out bed, which means there are 3 single beds.
- The living room is very cozy with a large couch, a lot of shelving, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, and washing machine.
- You can have breakfast using the kitchen small wall table or the large vintage dining table.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is a bit small and the refrigerator is located in the living room.
