A cosy, 33 m², 1-bedroom duplex apartment is available to rent in the central Villa Borghese area. This apartment has a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table to seat 3-4 people, a tiled kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove and some outdoor space where you can enjoy warmer days. Upstairs is the cosy bedroom, which has air conditioning, and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. Pets are permitted on the premises.

Villa Borghese is a neighbourhood located slightly to the north of central Rome. The property is situated next to the beautiful park of the same name, and there are several public transport connections in the vicinity. Such a central location also guarantees proximity to a plethora of bars and restaurants, as well as plenty of shopping, with everything you need for day-to-day life just around the corner.

What we liked the most

  • You will have a gas stove, which as any chef will tell you is the best kind.
  • The bedroom has AC, a must on those hot, sticky summer nights.
  • With Villa Borghese park just moments away, you'll always have somewhere to walk, run, or relax in the sun.
  • There are multitudinous cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. It will be a pleasure to try to find your favourite!

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, however it has a 4-burner gas stove, and a microwave.
