This 58 m², 2-bedroom apartment in the neighborhood of Monteverde is available to rent to postgraduate students. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has a large terrace with beautiful views of the city. The high ceilings, archways, and wood flooring provide a cozy, country-style home. With a kitchen, living room, and terrace you have multiple spaces to eat meals, study, and relax.

Monteverde is an upscale neighborhood of Rome with beautiful architecture and tree-lined streets. A residential area, the apartment is surrounded by all your basic necessities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. If you attend the American University of Rome, you are conveniently less than a 10-minute walk from the campus.

What we liked the most

  • A terrace in Rome is quite a treat, but this one is elegant, fully furnished, and provides great views of the city.
  • Bedroom 1 has an AC unit.
  • There is a TV in the living room and kitchen, so you'll never have to miss a program.
  • The kitchen has a double sink, 5-burner stove, and a dishwasher.
  • The bathroom is fully renovated and has a lot of storage space.
  • The apartment is very well-connected by bus, tram, and train.
