L'appartamento è situato nel quartiere Appio, a pochi passi dalla basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. Siamo in un quartiere centrale di Roma, servito da tutti i mezzi di trasporto, contiguo alla fermata della Metro A. Con ampi spazi verdi a disposizione, tra i quali lo storico parco dell'Appia Antica. Qui si vive la città ancora a misura d’uomo, in un tempo sospeso tra storia e realtà.
L'appartamento è silenzioso e moderno. Abbiamo optato per uno stile moderno e minimal preferito da chi ama viaggiare. Un arredamento moderno ma senza perdere di vista l'essenziale. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort per farvi sentire a casa, e rendere il vostro soggiorno a Roma veramente indimenticabile: WiFi gratuito illimitato, Smart TV, cucina attrezzata, doccia, e tanto altro.
L'appartamento può ospitare, comodamente, fino a 4 persone più un neonato. Troverete una camera da letto matrimoniale e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Inoltre il soggiorno è dotato di una cucina completa. Dal soggiorno si accede al bagno, che come tutto l'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato. L'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice.
Il divano posto nel soggiorno è apribile (letto matrimoniale). Su richiesta possiamo forniti una culla per bambini.
L'appartamento è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata , Lenzuola ed asciugamani sono inclusi nel prezzo, ma offriamo a pagamento, la possibilità di avere un servizio di pulizia extra durante il soggiorno, nonché del cambio della biancheria. La connessione internet wi-fi, è presente in tutto l’appartamento.
Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. In caso di prenotazione per due persone il secondo letto va richiesto esplicitamente. L'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata è disponibile dal 01/03 al 31/10.
