You'll love this 2-bedroom, 70 m² apartment, available to rent on Via Appia Nuova. The apartment is decorated and furnished in a clean, contemporary style, and comes with all the creature comforts to feel at home as soon as you move in.

This is a great area of the city, full of bars and restaurants. The bustling streets are lined with shops, so that all of your day-to-day needs will be easy to find within moments of the apartment. And for when you need to visit the history and culture that Rome is known for, the historical centre is quickly and easily reached by Metro.

What we liked the most

  • Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom (although only 1 is en-suite).
  • Because this is an interior apartment it will be very quiet, despite being on a very busy road.
  • Any shopping you need to do will be very easy – there are an Elite supermarket and a shopping mall opposite the apartment. Super convenient!
  • From the Metro station outside the apartment you can get to Piazza Barberini in Centro Storico in just 9 minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen in this apartment does not have an oven. However it has a microwave and a 2-burner gas stove.
