Indipendent forty square meter apartment, just renewed, furnished roof garden, in a independent complex, really quiet and completely surrounded with greenery. The neighborhood is very quiet and well served by public transportation, walking distance from Villa Pamphilj, two km from Gianicolo an Trastevere, six km from the Vatican and downtown. The advantage of this accommodation is being able to enjoy the tranquility while staying in Rome. It is a refuge in the greenery away from the chaos of the capital but a few kilometers from the historic centre. Is located in a private property that is always guarded so it is very safe.
