Benvenuti nella bellissima Fiumicino, il nostro appartamento offre tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. Posizione strategica, con bus diretti all’aereoporto, a 10 minuti di tram/bus dal mare e a 10 minuti a piedi dall’ iconico viale portuale con bellissimi negozi ottimi ristoranti di pesce e una vista spettacolare sul fiume. La casa si trova al primo piano con ascensore, ed è completamente a vostra disposizione. La casa si trova al primo piano con ascensore, ha una metratura di 100 mq, può ospitare 4 persone ed è completamente a vostra disposizione. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort indispensabili, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, forno, macchina per il caffè e stoviglie, e un soggiorno con TV, un comodo divano letto e zona pranzo. Un ampio balcone con vista sul nuovo comune e locali. Una camera da letto con bagno interno, spazioso armadio, e un letto matrimoniale (180 x 200 cm), mentre la seconda presenta due letti singoli . Tra le due camere è presente un secondo bagno, i due bagni sono dotati di toilette, doccia e vasca. E disponibile un numero sufficiente di asciugacapelli e asciugamani. E presente l’aria condizionata e il WIFI può essere utilizzato gratuitamente. Gli animali domestici (fino a due cani) sono i benvenuti.
