The Vittorio Emanuele Luxe Flat is an elegant 92sqm apartment located in the heart of Rome, a few steps from the metro stop 'Vittorio Emanuele' and a few minutes walk from the Colosseum. An ideal base for a quiet, central and charming stay that can accommodate up to 3 people.

Living area: Large living room with a comfortable sofa for 3 people, dining area with table for 4, and smart TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, moka, dishwasher and kettle.
Double room: Spacious and bright, with a window door that gives access to the balcony, automatic shutters, double bed and triple wardrobe.
Single room: Very bright, equipped with two windows with automatic shutters, bed with drawers, wardrobe and a small work area with desk and shelves. It has an en-suite bathroom with toilet and sink for maximum privacy and comfort.
Main bathroom: Bordering the living area, this modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.
Balcony: Overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, the balcony is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying relaxing moments outdoors.
