GROUND FLOOR ENTIRE APARTMENT!The price of the utilities I entered is high, because it includes extra utilities (such as condominium fees, garbage, etc.) that are not listed on spotathome, so I have grouped them into the bills. FOR MORE INFO: happinessghouse gmail dot com
The apartment is located in a very central area (ten minutes walk from Termini station). San Lorenzo is a full life's district in a University area (seven minutes walk from La Sapienza university), rich of life and Street Art, but safe and welcoming. There are numerous locals close to the apartment, but the street is very quiet. The apartment is as in the photo: equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in every room and high-speed internet
