The apartment was renovated less than one year ago. Double access from viale di Trastevere and via Rusconi, both equipped with a comfortable lift. Video Intercom. The living room includes a kitchen with all appliances (electric oven, induction cook-top, dishwasher and microwave with grill function) and coffee machine. It is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, night stands, walk-in closet and chest of drawers. Bathroom with hydromassage tub, bidet and washer-dryer. Private courtyard with table and chairs.
Independent heating with radiators. Cold/hot air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
Located just few minutes walking from Piazza San Cosimato and few mins by tram from Piazza Venezia. It enjoys an extensive public transport network . Very convenient for reaching John Cabott University and American University of Rome (AUR).
Located just few minutes walking from the Rome Trastevere railway station, Fiumicino airport is far less than half an hour by train.
