A quiet and cozy 39 sqm apartment , located on the fifth floor (with an elevator), consisting of a bedroom, small living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. All the views are interior. The apartment is located in the Esquilino neighbourhood in the centre of Rome, rich in history and culture. Today it is one of the most multi-ethnic neighborhoods in Rome. The A subway stations, Vittorio Emanuele station and Manzoni station are a few minutes walk from the apartment and allow you to reach all the most beautiful and interesting places in Rome in a few minutes.
The space
The house is equipped with an air conditioning system for hot and cold air. The common areas are being renovated. Sitting Room: The living room has a sofa bed , a television , a table with 3 chairs. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture. Kitchen: The kitchenette is complete with a refridgerator, stove, electric kettle, electric oven, cutlery and dishes for four people. Bedrooms: The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), a desk with a chair and two wardrobes. The bedroom has an air-conditioning system for hot and cold air. Bathrooms: The bathroom has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower; it does not have a bidet. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. The bathroom has no window and is equipped with an electric heating system.
