This accommodation, located in the southern outskirts of the city, appears magnificent both in its appearance and layout. Finely renovated and furnished at the end of 2024, it is excellent from every point of view. Rent price is 600 euro/month. Utilities fee is a fixed forfait of 500 euro/month; utilities fee includes: hot water, drinking water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, gas, internet fibreglass, gardening, garbage collection tax. It is extremely well-connected by public transport, but to use them it is NECESSARY to have your own car or motorbike (or at least a scooter). Just a 4-minute drive from home, you can reach Torricola station. Right there, continuous flows of trains make their last stop before reaching Roma Termini Central Station (in about 8 minutes). Worth noting is the proximity to the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ardeatina), through which it is possible to quickly reach any point of the city by car. Alternatively, a 2-minute drive from home, there is a bus stop that connects to Laurentina Station. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom for a total of about 90 square meters. The modern and rational furnishings, rich in spaces to store personal belongings, and the kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, make this apartment the ideal home. The view is literally breathtaking: directly onto a private area of the archaeological park, where you can stroll or read a book while sunbathing. A large supermarket is just a 2-minute drive from home, while for all other needs it is necessary to travel another 3 minutes (Millevoi Shopping Centre). It's a wonderful accommodation, but I strongly advise against booking unless you have private transportation.
