E’ composto da ingresso con disimpegno e ampio armadio a muro, due ampie stanze matrimoniali tutte con letto, scrivania e armadio (quella con divano letto giallo ha attualmente un normale letto matrimoniale), cucina abitabile, bagno e ampia terrazza di circa venticinque mq ottimamente esposta per godersi il sole tutto l’anno e attualmente arredata con un salottino e tavolo da pranzo non visibili in foto.
