Lovely apartment with a terrace that enjoys a wonderful view of the lake and the rooftops of the historic center of Castel Gandolfo. Located in the beating heart of the town center among pretty clubs and alleys, a short walk from the square and the Pontifical Gardens.
The train station that connects to Rome Termini is a few hundred meters away. The house is open space consisting of a double bedroom with balcony, bathroom, sofa bed, kitchen, dining room and large terrace.
The house is very bright and modern, consisting of a double bedroom with a closet and a small balcony overlooking the Historic Center. The kitchen and dining room have all the comforts to be able to cook comfortably: induction stove, pots, dishes, refrigerator and washing machine.
You can climb the wonderful terrace where you can eat or sunbathe or enjoy a wonderful sunset overlooking the lake of Castel Gandolfo and the roofs of the historic center. Equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator.
