Si trova vicino alla stazione Trastevere, ed è ben collegato al centro storico ed ai punti più importanti di Roma.
L'APPARTAMENTO
È al primo piano, dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, internet wi-fi.
È composto da: due camere da letto (una col bagno), soggiorno, cucina e due bagni con doccia grande.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno a microonde e altri elettrodomestici di uso comune.
In soggiorno ci sono: un divano-letto, un letto singolo supplementare, una smart TV.
Il riscaldamento è centralizzato, l’accensione avviene nei mesi invernali (novembre/aprile).
POSIZIONE:
Si trova fra i due quartieri storici di Trastevere e Testaccio.
È raggiungibile dall'aeroporto di FIUMICINO con il treno che passa dalla stazione di Trastevere (pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento).
Per raggiungere il centro più “monumentale” di Roma si possono usare i mezzi pubblici: il tram porta a piazza Venezia, col treno (una fermata) si arriva a San Pietro.
La zona è servita da negozi, locali e ristoranti. Inoltre ci sono zone a parcheggio gratuito e garage a pagamento.
La domenica c'è l'antico mercato di Porta Portese.
