Il nostro appartamento si trova ad un chilometro a piedi dal Colosseo. E' situato al terzo piano di un'elegante palazzina dell'Ottocento con ascensore. Le camere sono molto luminose e dotate di armadio, scrivania, poltrona da scrivania, comodini , smart tv ed aria condizionata. La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici (anche lavastoviglie- cosa rara), piano ad induzione Smeg, microonde ecc... Un comodo salone con divano e tavolo ed un ampio bagno con vasca e lavatrice. E' dotato di ogni comfort per rendere il soggiorno perfetto, anche grazie alla posizione strategica ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi università (Luiss, La Sapienza ...) . La via è piena di negozi e servizi che rendono tutto a portata di mano. Servitissimo da mezzi pubblici e da qualsiasi tipo di servizio (farmacia, bar, supermercati...)
